• Recipe requests, generated recipe history, saved plans, collections, and calorie-tracker entries

Payment Information

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information. Stripe collects and processes payment information according to its own Privacy Policy.

Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect limited technical information such as:

• Device type
• Browser type
• IP address
• Usage information
• Error and diagnostic logs
• Page views, sign-ups, checkout starts, and completed subscription purchases

This information helps us improve the performance and security of the App.

We use your information to:

• Authenticate users
• Provide AI-generated recipes and meal recommendations
• Personalize recipes based on your fitness goals and preferences

3. AI-Generated Recipes

MenuMade uses artificial intelligence to generate healthier versions of restaurant-inspired meals.

To provide these features, certain information you enter—such as your fitness goals, dietary preferences, and recipe requests—may be shared with our AI service provider (OpenAI) for processing. We do not use this information to sell your personal data.

AI-generated content is intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate our services.

These may include:

• Supabase for authentication and secure database services.
• Stripe for subscription billing and payment processing.
• OpenAI to generate AI-powered recipes and meal recommendations.
• Google Analytics to measure app usage and subscription conversions.
• Meta Pixel to measure visits, registrations, checkout activity, and purchases.
• Our hosting providers to deliver the website and application.

Each provider processes information according to its own privacy practices.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect your information. Account authentication is handled through Supabase, and data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption where available. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and personal information by contacting support@menumade.app. After verifying the request, we will remove or anonymize your information as required by applicable law, except where we must retain certain information for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to:

• Provide our services
• Maintain your account
• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce our agreements

Recipe history is limited to the ten newest generated recipes per user. Recipes copied to Saved Plans or Collections and calorie-tracker records are retained independently until deleted or the account is removed, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Children's Privacy

MenuMade is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.

9. International Users

Although MenuMade is currently intended primarily for users in the United States, our services may become available worldwide. By using the App, you understand that your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate.
